These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the DOR Architects website, our Project Planner and the client dashboard (together, the “Services”). By submitting a brief or creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

DOR Architects Ltd is a RIBA Chartered Practice and ARB Registered Practice with its studio in London, United Kingdom.

The Project Planner produces an indicative fee estimate based on the information you provide. Estimates are provisional and do not constitute a fixed quotation or a contract for services. A formal fee proposal will be issued only after an initial consultation and, where appropriate, a site visit.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Estimates may change materially if the brief, site conditions, scope or planning constraints differ from the details you have provided.

The complimentary 30-minute consultation is offered without obligation. It is a discovery call to help us understand your project and is not intended as formal architectural advice.

Any appointments booked through the dashboard may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

Personal data submitted through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only use the information you provide to prepare your brief, respond to enquiries and manage active client projects.

If you opt in to marketing communications we may send you occasional emails covering studio news, projects and design insights. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

All content published on our website — including drawings, photographs, text and isometric graphics — is the copyright of DOR Architects Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Ownership of architectural drawings produced under an executed appointment is governed by the specific engagement contract signed between the client and DOR Architects.

The website and Project Planner are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOR Architects excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
